Licensing and Purchase Options

ChordProEditor is available in two editions to serve both individual users and organizations:

ChordProEditor Consumer Edition

Available through the Mac App Store with subscription pricing:

• Monthly Subscription: $9.99 per month
• Annual Subscription: $99.99 per year (17% savings)
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings

ChordProEditor Business Edition

Available exclusively through Apple Business Manager for organizations, schools, and churches:

• One-time purchase with no recurring charges
• Purchased in volume through Apple Business Manager
• Volume pricing available:
  • 1-5 licenses: $399 per license
  • for 6 or more licenses, please contact us.
• Not searchable on the Mac App Store - direct link provided upon request

Note: Both editions provide identical functionality. The Business Edition is designed specifically for organizations that cannot use standard in-app subscriptions due to Apple Business Manager requirements.

Additional Terms of Use for ChordPro Editor

Purpose

This program is designed to provide users with the ability to view and edit custom text-based attributes embedded within .pro files generated by Renewed Vision's ProPresenter software. These .pro files are structured using Google's open-source Protocol Buffers (protobuf) serialization format.

Capabilities

• Reads and parses standard protobuf-formatted .pro files.
• Identifies editable fields (including "custom attributes") that are otherwise inaccessible through the ProPresenter user interface.
• Allows modification of displayable text values intended for user-level visibility or integration with third-party services (e.g., Multitracks.com).
• Does not require or access ProPresenter software, installations, user accounts, APIs, subscriptions, or any online services provided by Renewed Vision.
• Operates offline, solely on user-owned .pro files.

Limitations and Boundaries

• Does not reverse engineer, disassemble, or inspect the ProPresenter application, its executable code, or its internal logic.
• Does not alter or simulate any functionality of ProPresenter, nor does it enable or unlock subscription-based features.
• Does not access or expose any proprietary or confidential information, as defined in Renewed Vision's Terms and Conditions.
• Does not circumvent any technical protection measures, license enforcement, or intentional access restrictions within the software ecosystem.
• Does not modify any part of the software or interact with software services directly.
• Only interacts with protobuf-structured files, and only to the extent permitted by standard protobuf tools and structures.
• Does not republish, redistribute, or repackage any content owned by Renewed Vision. All file edits are localized and user-controlled.

Intended Use and Compliance

This tool is intended solely for use by individuals or organizations who already possess lawful access to their .pro files and wish to customize metadata or text elements for noncommercial, internal, or workflow-enhancing purposes (e.g., file management, volunteer support, or integrations with preexisting planning software). It is not intended for commercial resale, redistribution of modified content, or use cases that infringe on intellectual property rights.

Developer Note

This program respects the boundaries of user ownership, open data formats, and software licensing. It exists to support flexibility and efficiency for lawful users operating entirely outside the core ProPresenter software stack.

ProFolderSync

Purchase and Pricing

ProFolderSync is distributed through the Mac App Store. The current price and any purchase or subscription terms are shown on its Mac App Store listing. All payments, renewals, cancellations and refunds are handled by Apple. You can manage subscriptions, if any, in your App Store account settings.

Additional Terms of Use for ProFolderSync

Purpose

ProFolderSync is a macOS menu bar utility that helps worship production teams keep a ProPresenter library consistent between two computers, such as a main computer and a presentation computer. It notices when a library file has changed on one computer and asks whether the copy on the other computer should be updated.

Capabilities

• Detects when files in the ProPresenter library folder you choose have changed.
• Asks for your confirmation before a file on your other computer is replaced.
• Saves a backup of the older file before it is replaced, so an update can be reversed.
• Works over the network connection you provide, whether local or remote. No account with Worship Meets Tech or any cloud service is required.

Limitations and Boundaries

• Works only with files and folders you choose, on computers you own or are authorized to use.
• Copies whole files between your computers. It does not edit the contents of your files.
• Does not require or access ProPresenter software, user accounts, APIs, subscriptions, or any online services provided by Renewed Vision.
• Does not modify or reverse engineer ProPresenter, and does not circumvent any license enforcement or technical protection measures.
• Does not provide the network connection between your computers. You are responsible for supplying and securing that connection.

Your Responsibilities

• ProFolderSync backs up a file before replacing it, but you should also keep your own regular backups of your ProPresenter library.
• Review each proposed update before you approve it, particularly before a service or event.
• You are responsible for having the right to use and copy the files you choose to sync.
